 <strong>The final registration list for the conference will be advised in 
 due course\, following an official review – as determined by Branch Counci
 l.</strong></p>\n<hr />\n<p>The 2026 Annual Delegates Conference will take
  place in Melbourne on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 June.</p> \n<p>Each year 
 all current Job Representatives and Health & Safety Representatives are in
 vited to register for the chance to attend the Conference.</p> \n<p>This t
 wo day conference provides an inspiring and informative program exploring 
 industrial\, professional\, workplace safety and social justice issues tha
 t concern nurses\, midwives\, student nurses and midwives\, and personal c
 arer workers – as well as giving delegates the opportunity to vote on reso
 lutions and help shape the direction of their union.</p>\n<p>The Delegates
  Conference provides delegates with a fantastic opportunity to meet their 
 peers\, find out more about how their union works and the issues that are 
 common across the board\, feel confident about approaching their union for
  assistance with workplace\, OHS and professional issues.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>
 <strong><big><center>A note on registering for this year’s conference</cen
 ter></big></strong></p>\n<p>The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ Annual Delegates Conference continues
  to be a popular event for delegates\, with places filling fast in recent 
 years and venue limitations on conference attendees. To ensure the confere
 nce remains representative and accessible to ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ delegates across the sta
 te – and consistent with feedback from the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ delegate survey in late 20
 25 – there may be limitations to workplace numbers to ensure equitable acc
 ess to as many workplaces as possible. Places may not be able to be guaran
 teed and will be subject to Branch Council review. By registering for the 
 conference this year\, all delegates are registering their interest. You w
 ill be notified in due course in the event that your place is not secured.
 </p>\n<p>Please ensure you discuss with your fellow reps in advance who mi
 ght like to attend this year’s conference to represent your workplace.</p>

 p>Nominations for the 2026 Hannah Sellers Job Rep of the Year Award and th
 e 2026 HSR of the Year Award are now open.</p>\n<p>These awards are a grea
 t way to acknowledge a colleague who has made a difference at your workpla
 ce.</p>\n<p><strong>The nomination period for each award is from Thursday 
 1 January until 5pm Friday 22 May</strong>.</p>\n<p>These awards will be p
 resented in person at the 2026 Annual Delegates Conference.</p>\n<p><stron
 g>2026 Hannah Sellers Job Rep of the Year</strong></p>\n<p>This $1\,500 aw
 ard recognises ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ (Vic Branch) Assistant Secretary (1995-2001) Hannah Se
 llers' important contribution to ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ (Vic Branch)\, nursing\, the health 
 system and the union movement.</p>\n<p>.</p>\n<p><strong>2026 HSR of the Year</st
 rong></p>\n<p>This $1\,500 award recognises the important contribution of 
 ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ (Vic Branch) Health and Safety Representatives (HSR) to the members o
